Kailash Chandra Bansal College of Technology, Bhopal, hosted 3-day Table Tennis Championship from 01, June to 03 June, 2010. Director BIRT, Dr S. C. Soni and Dean (P&D) BGI, Prof. Sanjay Jain formally inaugurated it. Dr S. C.Soni , in his address, said: "These kinds of tournaments groom the personalities of the students who possess latent in the field of sports." In this Championship, 50 students from 20 Technical Colleges including Bhopal, Sagar, Ujjain etc... participated .
In the closing ceremony of this Championship, Director MBA, Dr R. S. Tiwari was the chief guest & Dean (P&D), Prof. Sanjay Jain presided over the ceremony. In the addressed speech, Chief Guest Dr R. S. Tiwari said: "healthy mind resides in healthy body." Hence, students should participate actively". Dr R. S. Tiwari &Dean (P&D) Sanjay Jain gave away prizes and trophy to the winners and runners-up of final matches of the singles and doubles. A special consolation prize was given to Swikriti Chaurasia of BIRT who played in Men’s singles matches and reached the Semi-Final .
