And behind this high flight of the young talent to touch the zenith, is incessantly putting efforts of The Training & Placement Cell.

The Training & Placement Cell, for that matter to any Institute that is striving to achieve the excellence in its chosen field, is indeed acting as a very backbone.

Year after year Training & Placement Cell of the Institute has been endeavoring to give more and more opportunities to the passing out batches. Moreover the proactive steps being taken by the industries both the IT and the Core, now a days has almost made Training & Placement Cell to take a centre point and work round the clock.

The major areas of concern, particularly since last past one year or so, that have been given due care are Compiling and preparing databank of the students of the Institute in a very systematic way wherein the required data instantly gets disseminated to all the concerned students of various branches. More and more thrust has been given

to utilizing the advanced gadgets/ devices with immaculate precision to convey the information pertaining to the students. Above all for the first time in the history of the Institute the Training & Placement Cell has been working on the three-pronged approach for the well being of its students, namely -

1. Not only to provide just opportunity to its students by their appearance in campuses but in its real spirit of Training- provide training to students to prepare them to face the campuses.
2. Opening new horizons to the students through giving them a platform by initializing the process of summer training by approaching to the very companies that are holding campus recruitments.
3. Giving a platform to the companies not only to hold the campus but to conduct the workshop, seminars, giving hands on experience to the would be employees i.e. students.

The Training & Placement Cell is of very strong opinion that the work undertaken by it, for its very noble cause will certainly expand manifolds.

Training & Placement Cell through its infinitesimally small contribution towards society and nation in general and towards students in particular, paving the way for the better future, better future for the students, for the society and for the nation.
