Admission to the students is given by the RGPV through counselling based on their merit in the AIEEE/PET.
Post Graduate Courses :
The Institute provides Courses of 3 years (6 semesters) duration leading to A Master's Degree in Computer Applications. The syllabus and scheme of examinations for this course is the same as approved by Rajiv Gandhi Technical University. As per AICTE approval, provision has been made for admission of about 60 students in the first year.
Admission to the students is given by the DTE through counseling based on the merit in the test conducted by V.P. Mandal, Madhya Pradesh. Admission is open to all Indian nationals. In the event merit list of eligible candidates getting exhausted, the DTE may announce admission based on B.Sc. marks.
Admission to Higher Classes :
Students seeking admission to a higher semester on promotion from the lower semester will be required to furnish their latest particulars in the prescribed application form obtainable from the Institute. Their names could be enrolled only after submission of this form and obtaining no-dues regarding institute/hostel/mess etc. Fresh admission will be sought by the students in each semester. The admission in each semester should be taken within 10 days of the commencement of the classes after which a late fee will be levied as per instruction of Institute. In no case admission will be granted after 30 days of commencement of classes. They will also seek fresh admission to the hostel by submitting the prescribed application form.
